History: Halander hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Halander was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Farmer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Morthos took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morthos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gennal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
