Description: She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'10" when asserting herself. Her tied-back hair is blonde. She is baby faced.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Shaena abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce black eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. During his travels, Zepar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Zepar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Zepar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

Description: This malnourished man wears a brown vest and prefers grey and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is white and very short. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Tordek has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
