History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Left-Handed grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Smoking was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Smoking's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gesrethe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Mardnab was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
