Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Mindartis was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
