History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Sculptor father left her crippled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sumnes never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
