History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valida grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Uthemar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
