Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate, and carries sickles. She has dyed her greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Serpent lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her club with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her crest is black, silky, and of moderate length. Her gold eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson green hat.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When Jheri reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Semyaza has worked very hard to control her curse. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Quarion took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Raam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a Navigator soon after.
Motivation: To be a Fisher again; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Gifted from a young age, Makaria studied abroad. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Makaria grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Makaria. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
