History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Great was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Sariel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Sariel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
