Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Riardon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Umpen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Umpen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Cimer's homeland. Cimer decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
