The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Tana took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. Personality: Rangrim hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Rangrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure.
