History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and a deep hatred of goblins
