History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bella. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Heartbroken, Osco never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
