History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Born to a Barber, her mother struggled to pay the bills. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
