History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Kristryd hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Kristryd alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
