History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Fargas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
