History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is typically in his Fletcher uniform. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Damien took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He became a Fletcher soon after.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail. His fur is beige and curly. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Great and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.
History: Ridaro was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has never given up on her painting dream.

She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Sannl speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Sannl was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to giants.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
