Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She wears pastel leather gloves, a pastel jacket, and tight pants. She sports a flattop fur cut. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Serpent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Serpent. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her bow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her silver eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. His hair is white and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skoth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is greedy

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'3". He wears a fancy grey suit, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hammer. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a shortbow on her belt. With wild black hair. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker yellow hat.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people.

Description: A 4'0" western man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: 3'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Umpen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
