While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier, and his gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. His hair is long and black with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, Dalgal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Dalgal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
