History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. History: Gargax lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Smoking is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Smoking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Smoking. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quillathe studied abroad. A freak accident while working with her Brewer father left her crippled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
