History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Nija learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Adelaide was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
