History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Mella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
