His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Gifted from a young age, Flak studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Flak took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Reddlepop alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Jheri was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Mardnab was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mardnab decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
