Description: He wears tattered old clothes, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. His chestnut hair is still thick. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad grey hat.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Galiena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Birel grew up listening to her father's many stories. Through the years after Birel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Birel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pandjed does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Pandjed was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Pandjed's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Burana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Burana lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town.
