Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Phann was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Brakka grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has worked as a Sculptor like her father before her.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She found a children's book about a Elf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Ralf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
