Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Windy does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
