Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Siffress was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Siffress was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Siffress's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ekk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ekk has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born in the east. A gifted student she started as a Guard, but she got bored and became a Carter. She became a Carter soon after.

Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
