Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born in the south. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Aasathra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a large grey jacket and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Thamuz was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her long bronze crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rezena isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rezena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Harvest was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has shaved his head bald. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nordak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nordak. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
