This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Valanthe was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
