Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Gimble was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a red coat. His white hair is long and unkept. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.
History: Gormogord lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Five was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He got into the Assassin business at a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. During his travels, Baern and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Baern discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Baern fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
