When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ulblyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ulblyn. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Ulblyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to be a architect again

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: River lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. River was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Roofer, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is her passion.

History: Peren was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.
