Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries with him a set of daggers on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born to a Mortician, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shamash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Eran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. One day when Kathra was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kathra was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

History: Born in the east to a Miller, Fargrim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.
