History: Shamash lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Right-Handed's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
