History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rezena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
