Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Priest. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilthur does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilthur grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a great chef.
History: Gifted from a young age, Zedaar studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She carries with her a set of longswords on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Paela has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paela fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with violet slacks. His hair is short and chestnut. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Torz grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Torz. After a long history of fighting, Torz and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Spear is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
