History: Born in the east to a Banker, Modean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Banker for hire.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Shadow liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
