Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
