He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She found a children's book about a Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Bendoo and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people
