The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. Recently the stress of being a Shepherd has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Cloud alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Geva was taken on many hunting expeditions. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
