Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'3". He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered white stockings, and his gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: Roondar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He uses divination through singing.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Pallabar was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants to get laid

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her silver hair is well kept. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Kansif speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Kansif took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a brown shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Taklinn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
