Description: This northern man wears tattered old clothes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Erky is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Erky was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and dwarven compassion

Description: This man is very fat, and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a red coat. He has shaved his head bald. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Curran enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Curran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her white hair is knotted and matted. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pennie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hamil grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.
