Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Two Llamas's homeland. Two Llamas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are red.
Personality: Xappan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a bow on his belt. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Jak took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was born in a small forest village. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a greataxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: She stands about 3'6" and wears baggy tan pantaloons and a yellow scarf. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Orla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Born in the east to a Cook, Orla learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norkruuth grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
