Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a warhammer on his belt. He is an epitome of beauty. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tordek does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tordek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Nicholas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Vadania was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ellyjoybell embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ellyjoybell was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ellyjoybell decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
