History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
