History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Ploughman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Joan was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Joan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Joan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Joan was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Brewer and was forced into it by his family.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kansif was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
