He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shax studied abroad. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she has a crush on the local gardener

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with her Actor mother left her crippled. She's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
