History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Torinn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Torinn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Fragrant has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fragrant fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jacoba. She now mingles about in high society.
