Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Darrow is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Darrow was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Dell's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. When Dell reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Crampernap hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Crampernap alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
