Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His dark red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a dull look in his white eyes.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this western woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She has wavy blue hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shipwright business.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a lance, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: He is a mite stocky and is typically in his Barkeep uniform. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gimgen took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born in the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ar-Baruk was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: She wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. Her brown fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a Performer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: 5'1" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a simple green robe with white stripes complete with hood. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Vassago was born with his mother's beautiful face. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
