History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting orcs, the young Joan began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Joan was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Beleth does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: Dagger was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
