History: He is a Lamia in disguise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Three grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
